| Dear Brad, A gigantic thank you to you and your staff for ensuring that our daughter and son-in-law's wedding was a day to remember in a positive light. We are so fortunate to have made the correct decision when LaMassaria was selected for the site of the wedding over 14 months in advance. Joanna had always wanted an outside ceremony. We visited several venues that offered what some may consider a slightly more picturesque setting. But none provided as nice an inclement weather backup. The uncertainty of weather dictated that we heavily weigh backup alternatives offered, since "Hanna" hit the day of the wedding we were relieved that we had made that provision significant in selecting LaMassaria. In fact, we felt the ceremony was so nice inside that we couldn't be happier. Oh, another little glitch. We knew that we would be moving 600 miles away, but we didn't know that the bride and groom would be 1500 miles away 8 months before the day of the wedding!!! You managed this so well for us. Your staff was so supportive and there to handle all the little details that we never gave a thought. Bea was wonderful, everyone appreciated her attention. She felt like one of the family, a watchful, what-do-you-need aunt, after the first 30 minutes. Our impression from the first visit was confirmed - the day will move like clockwork and it did. Sometimes we wish things could end sooner because problems are burdensome. This day went so fast because everything went so perfectly, as far as we know. Guess that's the idea, if someone else handles any irregularities, no one knows. Thanks again, as parents of the bride, we received a quality product for our investment. The food was excellent, the facility was beautiful and we can't say enough about the service and support. We wish you and your staff continued success. Several of our guests commented on how beautiful the facility was and how helpful and friendly the staff was. The staff was so accommodating from the moment we arrived! Bea, in particular, was amazing! She helped me with my veil and my shoes and even helped my sister do the bustle! She was by my side throughout the night and was still serving my bridal party while we were waiting for the shuttle way past 10 p.m. You and your staff went above and beyond and it was definitely noticed by our family and friends! Hi Brad and Kharisa, Gosh, we're not sure what words can begin to describe our appreciation for ALL you did to help us put on a fantastic celebration for Sara and Mark's wedding!!! I can't tell you how many people (like dozens) over the past several days have told us how wonderful the reception was including the atmosphere, table set ups and meals (all 3 options were absolutely delicious). Here we are days later, still reminiscing on what an awesome time we had and how comfortable we, including Sara and Mark felt throughout the reception. It all went as planned right from the time we arrived until the time we left, and we also appreciate your letting us extend the party by another half hour. The avid beer drinkers also appreciated having the additional "Ale" choice at both the golf outing and reception... a nice touch! You both make a great team and you coordinate so well with the other vendors too, exactly as you described to us! We realize that the speeches went a bit longer than planned, but you and your staff worked with us and still got through everything in a timely fashion to maximize our dancing time. All in all it was done very professionally (as my father mentioned to you, Brad), and so many people were clearly impressed with the whole event!!! In addition, those who golfed at the outing on Friday also raved about that event too, including the food & drink provided. Great job! Thanks again for EVERYTHING, you guys are great!!! Brad & Staff, Please accept our heartfelt and sincere appreciation for a fabulous day for Natalie & Brian on 9/18. From the moment we arrived, you & your staff were so very attentive, friendly & courteous to not only us but to every guest. Many of our family members commented on their interactions with the wait staff. The entire affair was like a fairy tale. The weather was perfect, the ceremony lovely, & the reception terrific. The flow of the day's events went on without a hitch or hiccup. The food was delicious & was presented beautifully (please let the Chef & his staff know). The bartenders were also very attentive to both Mike & my favorites (VO & 7 for Mike & Diet Coke for me). The DJ & the flowers were awesome. The entire place looked great & we received many, many favorable comments not only that night but all week long. Most had never been to an outdoor service & were impressed by the lovely chairs with pads, the flower strewn aisle and the dignity of the entire ceremony. It was fun to be waiting upstairs and look down to see the guests arriving. Last but certainly not least let's commend Natalie & Brian for planning exactly what they wanted. Their extra touches showed through & their attention to little details added extra "wow" comments. Mike & I could not have been more pleased with the entire event. Also please send special thanks to Bea & your wife for their hard work. You run a beautiful operation & I would be more than happy to serve as a reference if you ever need one in the future.
