Dear Staff at LaMassaria, Thank you so much for helping us create a fabulous wedding day! From the beginning, we really appreciated the professional manner with which we were treated. Kharisa's spreadsheets were terrific for keeping us on track and communicating our needs and wants. There were no surprises that we had to be worried about at the end. She was great at scheduling appointments when we needed them and answering our questions quickly. The day of the wedding went very smoothly. We really appreciated Brad's direction at the rehearsal the night before. And both Bea and Brad did a great job directing everyone for the ceremony and the reception. There was no reason to get nervous or frazzled about anything because they had it all under control. We were really able to relax, have fun and take it all in. The Banquet Staff did a fantastic job with the reception. The table settings looked beautiful. The food was delicious. The timing of each course was perfect. We really appreciated everyone working together so well to make sure there were no glitches. We can't thank you all enough for doing such a great job. We had cancelled our first venue because of the lack of communication from them and growing concern on their focus on customer service.
