How does your Wedding Package work? Our Wedding Package is designed to simplify your wedding planning. Everything you see listed on the first page of the package is included in our per-person Entrée Selection Price. So, if you choose Chicken Marsala and Crab Stuffed Tilapia and you have an approximate guest range, you can multiply the price per person for Chicken Marsala times the number of guests that pick that entrée, and the same for the guests that pick the Crab Stuffed Tilapia. It’s that simple - we even offer discounts for Friday & Sundays Weddings of $5.00 less per person!
What is your Deposit policy? We require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of $1,500.00 to reserve your date and the ballroom. Nine (9) months prior to your event*, a deposit of 25% of the total balance is due. Four (4) months prior, a deposit of 50% of the total balance is due. Final payment is due 7-14 days prior to the wedding date. *If you book within the nine-month prior time frame, we can adjust the nine (9) month deposit accordingly.*
Can we have our Ceremony at La Massaria? Yes! At La Massaria you can have your ceremony outside or inside. For outdoor ceremonies we have a beautifully landscaped stone patio large enough to accommodate over 250 guests. Or if you have a smaller wedding party – we have a second outdoor patio on the upper level with a beautiful partially covered, raised terrace. If you prefer an indoor ceremony, we have two elegant ballrooms to choose from. Both of them equally stylish, as well as accommodating. Ask your event coordinator for pricing and specific details.
How does the Complimentary Golf Pass Work? We provide a complimentary round of golf for four adults with carts by way of a certificate we give you. You call the Pro-Shop and make the tee-times and present the certificate to them upon your arrival. The golf passes are good Monday through Thursday only, no exceptions.
Do you provide References from Past Brides & Grooms? Yes, we have many happy couples that have already provided us with names, numbers, and written letters of reference for La Massaria. Is there a minimum number of guests required for a reception at La Massaria? Minimums are based on the time of year and the day of the week.

What is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate? For a sit-down dinner, without a traditional head table, we can have 24 regular sized tables that accommodate a maximum of 10 people at each table in our upstairs ballroom. Other types of head tables will affect the maximum number of guests we can accommodate. If you do not need a dance floor, we can put 28 tables of 10 people. Thus, we can accommodate a maximum of 240 to 280. See your event coordinator for specific details for larger parties.
If we don’t have 175 guests, can we use the downstairs level for Cocktail hour? For smaller wedding receptions of under 175 guests, you can rent the downstairs level for an additional fee. However, if you are only short of the 175 guest minimum by 10 people or less, it is actually less expensive to pay for 175 guests instead of the room rental fee.
Do you provide meals for children? Yes. You have your choice of one entrée, and you must include it in your final head count. To see all the different meal selections for children ~ click on: Children's Meals Scroll past the Entree Selections, to the second half of the page.
Do you provide meals for photographers, and other vendors? Yes. We can provide Club sandwiches with chips, pickle and a soda. Or, if you choose a less expensive Chicken or Fish Entrée, we can supply one of those entrees for the vendor. Certain Restrictions do apply, check with your event coordinator for more details.
How long does the reception last, and can we extend it if we want to? Our normal Wedding Package includes a five (5) hour reception with a four and one half-hour (4 ½) open bar. If you wish to extend the reception you may do so for either 1/2 of an hour or one full hour. Please call your event coordinator for prices and restrictions.
What can we do for guests arriving earlier than the cocktail hour? We can either provide a cash bar or a consumption or "tab" bar. Let your event coordinator know what you would prefer, and they can assist you with pricing and specific details.

What if I don’t need or want the included Wedding Cake in the package? You certainly are not restricted to our bakery only. You can use another bakery to supply the wedding cake of your choice. Contact our office at 610-705-1855, ext. 229 for the pricing deduction off our wedding package price.
What if I don’t need or want the included Floral Centerpieces in the package? You certainly are not restricted to our Floral centerpieces. What does the Complimentary Cake Knife & Server Set look like? The cake knife and server set are stainless steel and have beautiful clear glass handles. The Server is engraved with La Massaria at Bella Vista. They are yours to keep as our gift to you for having your special day with us.
What do the Complimentary Champagne Glasses look like? The champagne glasses are clear glass flutes with elegant black stems. The clear flute is engraved with black script lettering ~ La Massaria at Bella Vista~ and has two hearts inter-twined. They are also yours to keep as our gift to you for having your special day with us.
